Dr. Simone Peter, President German Renewable Energy Federation (BEE) is a German politician and lobbyist. She was one of two leaders of the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen party from October 2013 to January 2018. She was Minister for the Environment, Energy and Transport of Saarland from 2009 to 2012 and a member of the Saarland state parliament from 2012 to 2013. On 8 January 2018, she announced that she would not run again for the post of Federal Chairperson. She has been President of the German Renewable Energy Federation since March 2018.

Senator Jens Kerstan, Environment, Climate, Energy and Agriculture, Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg has been the Minister of Environment and Energy of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg since 2015 until today. The two resources climate and agriculture were added in 2020. From 2008 to 2015 Mr. Kerstan was chairman of the Green parliamentary group in the Hamburg State Parliament. He was the group spokesman for environment, energy, and climate issues, as well as for budget and economy issues. Prior to joining the Hamburg State Parliament in 2002, Kerstan, an economist, was marketing project manager for a global supplier of technologies and consultancy services. From 1995 to 2011 he was also chairman of a nature conservation organization in Hamburg.

Jens Müller-Belau, Member Executive Board, Shell Germany has been Managing Director Energy Transition for Shell Germany since August 2021. As Energy Transition Manager, he has been coordinating all topics related to the energy transition since 2018 and is helping to develop new business areas such as green hydrogen. Previously, Jens Müller-Belau was Managing Director of the Shell research site in Hamburg and responsible for innovations in the field of energies for mobility worldwide.

Tim Meyerjürgens, COO TenneT TSO is a manager in the power transmission industry and has 25 years of experience in the energy sector with a focus on power transmission and renewable energies. After graduating with a degree in electrical engineering from Oldenburg University of Applied Sciences in 2003, he held various positions at E.ON Netz for several years before the company was acquired by TenneT in 2010. In 2019, Tim Meyerjürgens was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) on the management board of TenneT Holding BV, with additional responsibility for offshore wind in the Netherlands and international interconnector projects.

Dr. Hubert Schillings, CEO ENGIE Generation Germany is a graduate engineer (RWTH Aachen University) and has worked for the ENGIE Group for eight years, including as a Fuel Expert and Manager Business Development at Lahmeyer / Tractebel. As managing director of ENGIE Generation Germany GmbH, he accompanies various ENGIE H2 projects and represents the company on the project advisory board of the H2 Potential Atlas project (HYPAT), which is managed by Deutsche Energieagentur (dena).

Dr. Marcus Stuhlert, CEO PLARAD-Maschinenfabrik Wagner After his studies in industrial engineering and his doctorate in marketing, he held several positions in sales, marketing and service at Bosch Rexroth. This was followed by management positions at Klingenberg and Mahr Messtechnik. Between 2010 and 2015, Dr Stuhlert was responsible for the global after-sales business of Bosch Rexroth, now ZF Wind, for stationary and mobile gearboxes. For the wind power sector, he built up service workshops for generator and pitch & azimuth gearboxes in Germany, USA and China. Since April 2019, Dr Stuhlert has been Managing Director of Maschinenfabrik Wagner – Plarad, which has been distributing bolting technology for wind power since the early 2000s.

Bernd Aufderheide, President and CEO, Hamburg Messe und Congress has been working at Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (HMC) since January 2004. He was appointed President of HMC in April 2007. He was born in Herford, North Rhine-Westphalia in 1959, is married and has one son. Alongside his work for HMC, Bernd Aufderheide is also an honorary Commercial Judge in Hamburg, holds the rank of Frigate Commander in the Navy Reserve, and serves on the Executive Committee of half a dozen professional associations, societies and organisations

Selbach worked for six years at EF Education First as sales and marketing manager for Europe and South America and previously spent a sabbatical as an English teacher in India. Prior to that, he worked for event marketing agency kogag and managed its Berlin office. The social scientist and historian began his career as a project manager for trade fairs in the foreign department of Koelnmesse.

Paul Keuter, Executive Board, Hertha BSC is a German football official. In addition to the digital transformation of the Bundesliga club, Keuter is responsible for the areas of communication, brand management and CSR. In May 2019, he was appointed to the board of the Hertha BSC Foundation
